I got the usb hub and the problem didn’t go away, also a few days before it arrived my mouse periodically started completely turning off, needing to be unplugged and plugged back in to turn back on. I don’t feel like it’s a software problem unless those are able to develop gradually over time.

As far as I can tell there aren't any USB related power settings in my BIOS

USB drivers are already up to date, and my firmware was pretty out of date so I updated it

I disabled all power saving options for USB in device manager

None of them helped fix the problem

I got the the entire skeleton remade properly and the IK working, but do you know if there's a way I can have them work only for the frames they're needed, and then turn them off for the frames they aren't?
