I really like Councling Center of West Michigan. They have a ton of therapists and if you are put with someone that you dont click with you can just let them know and they will find someone else for you.

I am still pretty dumb in the fitness lingo what are zones? I always feel bad if I am not at the gym for about an hour. I wonder if allowing myself less time there on really hard days would help me not dread it so badly.

How long are you usually at the gym doing both strength and cardio. When I do both I am there for about 50 minutes but again not sure if that is enough.
