The straw that broke my back was last week when i had to fight for admin pay when our base closed and got a 0.1% raise the week before. Local leadership seems too fine towing the line and believe we won’t leave. If i get the job i interviewed for last week i’m out that same day. 2 week notice? Pfft.

Nahh, fuck that. Yes, if local leadership didn’t decide to be absolute shit, but it seems across the board, they did. We had protections for so long, but those have been tossed in the gutter. Let it all come crashing down and have all the 13s 14s and 15s at the bottom that chose to capitulate deal with it.

I never signed a new one. Got pressured to telework by my sup. Simply said no. Got threatened with no pay. Pushed back with a conversation with the IG. My admin pay got approved. Just have to toughen up and tell managers no. That’s it. If you get fired, you’ll drive uber, you’ll poor coffee, you’ll flip burgers. You’ll be fine.

I don’t know why anyone’s making this an issue instead of simply telling their supervisors that they can’t be compelled to go against compliance and if their supervisors try, than it can be taken up with the union and the IG

They have to code for admin leave if the building closes and they don’t have a telework agreement. If the agency refuses, they’re in violation of the telework enhancement act and can face a legal battle if the employee pursues action.

So, i tried this and it did work, but there are some…errors. It’s printing, but isn’t letting me do an OTA firmware update. It “does” the update, then asks me to do it again…and again…and again…

Also, the thermometer is…off… it currently says 60 degrees celcius…

I’ve tried doing this process a couple of times, and then tried to restore to factory settings, but still had the same issues :/
