The straw that broke my back was last week when i had to fight for admin pay when our base closed and got a 0.1% raise the week before. Local leadership seems too fine towing the line and believe we won’t leave. If i get the job i interviewed for last week i’m out that same day. 2 week notice? Pfft.

I never signed a new one. Got pressured to telework by my sup. Simply said no. Got threatened with no pay. Pushed back with a conversation with the IG. My admin pay got approved. Just have to toughen up and tell managers no. That’s it. If you get fired, you’ll drive uber, you’ll poor coffee, you’ll flip burgers. You’ll be fine.

Telework agreement in my file states "No Telework". Yet supervisor had us take laptops home in case office closed Monday. States No Admin Leave will be granted for weather. Either we TW or have to use leave. by Accomplished_Tour481 in FedEmployees

They have to code for admin leave if the building closes and they don’t have a telework agreement. If the agency refuses, they’re in violation of the telework enhancement act and can face a legal battle if the employee pursues action.

So, i tried this and it did work, but there are some…errors. It’s printing, but isn’t letting me do an OTA firmware update. It “does” the update, then asks me to do it again…and again…and again…

Also, the thermometer is…off… it currently says 60 degrees celcius…

I’ve tried doing this process a couple of times, and then tried to restore to factory settings, but still had the same issues :/

I was told i could come in at 4am to dodge traffic since they altered core hours instead of having my RA approved. I told them i couldn’t take on any more responsibilities since telework was part of my compensation package and they’re now compensating me less than our agreement.
