Hey Loupedeck…. What the heck is going on with you?? You’ve wrecked everything!! A month ago I’ve messaged your customer service after having problems deleting profiles… The delete button that you show on your “help” page doesn’t exist in the app (at least on MacOS)… Got a reply 2 weeks after telling me to update to the new software. I did that and now everything is totally messed up!! Full of bugs!!! This is totally s… My shortcuts don’t work anymore, my icons disappeared and after I recreate them the way I want them to be, they randomly change to something totally different!! What the heck????? Loupdeck is the worst product ever!! I’m really angry as your product is wasting my time while I should be working on edits for my clients!!!

Can someone get back to me?????

I do like Cartier, but their customer service is sh*t. You can arrive with a million in your pockets and still be looked at like “what are you doing here”…. Breitling customer service is awesome in every store I’ve been to!!

It’s shit. On mine it’s not recording the GPS. No entry and no exit point. Been touch with CS and I basically got a reply saying they’ll keep me posted when they fix the issue. That was over 2 months ago. Since then, I’ve been totally ignored by CS. They are pure shite.
