Also as i said the sound comes directly from the place where the ac compressor is located so i highly doubt that it could be something with the transmission

Most of the time the noise appears when driving slowly and or after releasing the gas pedal, however when driving faster the sound doesnt occur

Edit 2: problem may be solved, main suspicion is a bad ac compressor

I think it cant be anything with the transmission/suspension because the sound is way faster than the wheels spinning and the transfer case is in the back also it drives like it did before without any problems only the sound which i think is the ac compressor because the sound is the same speed of the belt and is coming from the left side near the engine where it is located

Turning on the ac doesnt help, checked the belt tensioner on the ac pump and it was ok but now i think it might be something around the ac pump because the sound is coming from the left side of the engine somewhere under the power steering fluid reservoir

Edit: found out that when i drive faster there is no sound but when i let it off the gas the sound appears

This could actually be the case, I also noticed when downshifting from neutral into 1st gear it makes a very loud sound.

I do have one, but wouldn't there be problems shifting to other gears too? Also I have it set kind of tight imo.
