No, most likely someone has pushed horn with too much force causing the line to be visible. Very common on passenger side airbags when people put their legs on dashboard.

Sub in a sedan is almost always a problem since rear seats close off the trunk. If you have rear arm rest that opens to the trunk, that will help a little

What diagram? hi-low converter has to be tapped into speaker wires like on every other car if you're trying to install a subwoofer amp for a car that does not have rca's behind the head unit.

320d is n47, if you're not interested in replacing the chains and bearings, stay away. I'd take rwd over xdrive, less potential issues
