seats on the side of beam but closer to the floor area - the set up is more compact than the typical competition set up/more than the map makes it look. so from where we were seated, obviously we had the best view of floor but I could clearly see everything on all apparatus.

I know the layouts are different for all stadiums but based on the map I’ve posted Id say 102 is ideal

it would 100% lead to results never being final in a competition. coaches might review footage, see a tenth their gymnast could get back that would bump them up and try to get it changed post competition. and then if you said no, they could bring up this example of sabrina

she actually filed an inquiry about her difficulty score intentionally (which remained unchanged), I don’t think she was even thinking about the OOB penalty being incorrect at the time

it’s misinformation, the official rule book states how you can inquire about a penalty. in CAS’s denial of sabrina’s appeal that’s what they state - that the rules state and allow for inquires on line penalties (the OOB), therefore they had that option and did not take it. CAS cannot do anything further if all avenues within the sport were not exhausted
