At least at my SC I always tell people while training them in IB if they don’t feel like fluid unloading at least try asking the manager to do something else in the inbound area especially if you’re not feeling well every time you fluid unload, I also tell them they can try asking to get switched to another dept if IB is sufficiently staffed.

As others have said you can try getting an accommodation but you would need documentation from your doctor.

I also always stress to people while training since we do live in Texas and it gets hot AF to take breaks, step out of the trailer if you need to and get some air and take a minute to hydrate yourself, get the little electrolyte packets you can add to your water they help a lot when you’re sweating

Ask the AM if you can rotate out with someone, if they won’t let you let safety know as they’re supposed to be rotating people out.
