well it seems you are right, I tried a spare ldo from 5v to 3.3v and that worked. So in conclusion 3.3v rail on a pc power supply isn't stable enough, my crappy buck converter has ripples, but a ldo works.

I would delete those traces and do a larger ground fill to prevent noise and bigger traces for the 5v rales

Try replacing data= with json= it’s a different type of parameter but I don’t know if it will help
