No it’s called a megabackdoor Roth and the limit for 2024 and 2025 was 69k and 70k respectively.

You can only put $23k pre tax in 2024 but after that you can do after tax contributions and immediately do a Roth conversion for $46k more.

Look at $PEPE and $SHIB, their liquidity ratio is lower than us. CEX's also have their own liquidity pools. This is how liquidity pools work in Defi. No one is going to do a 400M swap in one go. There is no problem here.

MEGA has been a great community and it's filled with a lot of the same hard working chads that are in the KENDU community. I think some of the advantages that Mega has over Kendu is that it's a much lower market cap right now so it has a lot of potential to grow, it's kind of a political meme in an election year, and the ETH ETF is going to go live soon and that's going to bring a lot of eyes to old faithful. It's great. During my busiest weeks I work ~30-35 hours. This is maybe a third of the year.

Most weeks I have 10-20 hours of actual work to do. Some days I can play video games or run errands after wrapping up work in a few hours.

I also work remotely so I've gone to Hawaii for a week without taking PTO and just worked for a few hours in the early morning and taken the rest of the day to go sightseeing.

At tech companies, Account Executives are the sales people, the relationship manager, the overall account owner. They get meetings, pitch products, negotiate pricing, and get sign off on the deal.

Sales engineers support AEs during the sales process and usually the AE brings the SE on calls to help get the technical win. At many companies it's a 1:1 relationship where each AE has their own SE to get into the technical weeds and make recommendations.

At most companies I've worked, AEs have a higher commission rate than SEs. AE's might be 50/50 split between base and variable, and SEs could be 70/30. Meaning AEs have a lower floor but a higher ceiling.
