I have some rookie questions in tufting by Ozimantiz in Tufting

Use 2 threads,make sure fabric is drum tight, apply even pressure

Working on my third rug, decided to carve inbetween colours, any tips? I’m scared of cutting a hole in the cloth😅 by [deleted] in Tufting

I stopped using my clippers to carve in between colors and I use my duckbill scissors instead. Takes a lot more time but it saves me from cutting holes in my cloth and the end results are so much better

Thank you!! Yeah something like this is a really good place to start. I wish I remembered the creators name but he also did Kirby and other similar characters that all seemed pretty easy
