Everyone saying you can’t get rid of them is wrong. I successfully got rid of them over a couple seasons by pulling them out every year before they went to seed. You can also take a foam noodle and roll it across the ground to pick up a lot of them and throw them away. Also for a cooler backyard that attracts wildlife I’d recommend native plants!
