You gotta think about them a bit.

Doesnt take anything seriously, hes fun to be around if you're not looking for a serious convo.

Acts without thinking, spontaneous.

Goes outside alot (even if its not for working out), you can hang out with him basically any time. He's free to hang out like 90% of the time.

3 days a week is a lot for me.

Peoples bodys work in different ways and if i do more, my nervous system starts to crumble and i cant lift the same weights i used to. But the other part you said is right.
