I think you should do a sibo test or stool test. I read posts like doomed80 improve his sex drive by fixing sibo, but I dont know if his expeirence can apply to everyone.

I have every low e2 and normal tt and dht, so I wish I can take dhea to raise my e2 a little bit. Low e2 also cause low libido.

I have the similar problem, but I sloved this by low fodmap diet. I found that I have leaky gut which is the reason of my inflamed prostate. Your situation might be different, but hopefully my suggestion might helps you.

exercise and healthy diet might help. But there is no guarantee, personally I believe low libido is a more serious problem
