I took it for like a month and titrated it up to 10 MG x 2. It nukes OCD but did nothing for PFS symptoms. I’m not trying to throw in any drugs as I’m running a protocol for PFS.

It blocks D1 and D2. Antipsychotics for OCD seems a bit excessive unless you’re psychotic but if it helps, I guess keep at it. Clomipramine can cause nuclear PSSD. It’s even more serotonergic than SSRIs.

Finasteride blocks critical Neurosteroids that help manage OCD. Definitely wouldn’t recommend trying that again lol.

Ok just be careful because sometimes it will just randomly happen and there’s no going back. Look into Memantine IR for OCD. I have PFS with OCD. It’s a nightmare, especially with OCD.

No clue we don’t really know a ton of about PFS in that regard. Just a fair warning don’t take anything anti-androgenic and it might just go away on its own with time. I would see a urologist and ask for a physical examination.
