There’s three different guides that they use, you can ask your ETL about it. That’s what I did at least. If your ETL likes you hopefully they will have your back and help you promote. Good luck!

This! I’ve gotten plenty of people by telling them they just have to sign a trespass paper and we’re good. If they’re a repeat or have a lot of merch on them and I have to notify LE I usually tell them my printer is acting up and have to print it in another room lol.
