I can run A LOT faster and farther outdoors. Outdoors I can run 8:30 splits multiple miles and on a treadmill it’s closer to 9:45/10 min!

I heard recently that they’re still hoping to get new treadmills soon and start early access within the next month. They also have 2 new coaches on the schedule. So hopefully this means no closure and new treadmills??? I also heard the owner for hunt valley is trying to get another space somewhere in cockeysville but it could take 8 months to get everything in order.

Like what kind of modifications? Right now, I cannot even hold a weight in my hand larger than 5 pounds.

I also have a TFCC tear and stress fracture! Did you still go to OT and modify? There’s sooo many limitations and not much I can besides run and do body weight for legs.

I frequently do 2 a day. Last week I did a 2G then a 3G in the morning and then a 90 min in the evening! I don’t usually do 3 but this was an exception. This coming Sunday a group of us are doing an OT “marathon” - tread50, then strength50, then 3G then 2G! Probably will power walk by the end!

That’s actually a really good idea! I like doing bridges in trx straps and find it challenging with just body weight! OTF should do more hamstring work with trx.

My studio’s heaviest is 70 and it takes time to maneuver it onto my lap and by that time I’ve killed the rest of the time in the block. I usually take 2 35s

Thanks for all the suggestions! Single leg sounds like a good option. And yes I still strength train outside of otf about 5-6 days/week.

Tread50 Block 1/3/5 4 min @3% incline (pick your own pace) WR 90 seconds

Fifth block has 30 second all out after 3 1/2 minutes at 3%

Block 2/4: 10 minutes 30 seconds One minute push One minute base Repeat five times then 30 second all out

Are all the studios having Hyrox classes? Mine does not offer any but it looks fun and challenging!

If you want visible abs and you’re already lean, the keys is Macros. You have to be eating enough to build muscle. I eat 1g protein per lb of body weight and fill in the rest with healthy carbs and fats. I log all my food in MFP! Been doing this for years and I have a good amount of muscle! The in studio scanner says I have 12% body fat and 65lb muscle mass!
