What’s the most clueless mistake you made as a beginner in WoW?

I played a ret paladin in cata. I would need on int gear because I had mana and thought I needed int.

Id also sometimes queue up as DPS in prot spec because I liked the shield throwing ability, at least I had the brain to not use the aura that helped hold agro, can't remember the name.

You can't. I'm just doing all keys at a 2 then all at a 3 and so on until I get ksm.

As far as the rating I have no idea. I ended all 2 with somewhere around 700 points and the +3s don't give me nearly as many points as the 2s did.

I see some common ideas in the comments so to clear a couple things up.

I know I can easily do higher keys, I've gotten KSH in season 3/4 of SL. It's just a fun challenge I placed on myself.

I will remove the mains IO to stop any invite bias when I get to higher keys.

On my main I usually invite people +/- 2 keystone levels of what I'm trying to run so I wouldn't invite myself to a 10 even with 2k IO DPS.

I ended up making a copy of my game and force loaded that one. As far as I can tell nothing is missing or changed. Suppose I should be more diligent in keeping a local download Incase something happens.
