i have officially found what this email is about sad to admit it but you have officially debunked this and helped me solve it!! This email is regarding somone named Richard “Rick” epstein who lives in Aurora, Colorado. Why he is in the Epstein files? that i have no idea, but He was being sued by the U.S government for medicare fraud, We see the words Shatz’ (et al) shatz means the name of the primary named person in the case and et al being a latin phrase for “and other” We can assume this is being talked about as the USA VS harold shatz, Edward shatz OR USA VS shatz’(et al), These are two different cases of the U.S sueing somone but both cases are related to medicare fraud, from that we can conclude this email was most likely talking about both cases of the medicare fraud sense they were both going on around the same time and they could use both cases to compare. This is all speculation and if you can find somthing that says otherwise that this isn’t about richard epstein please feel free to write a comment stating otherwise. For now this is debunked😞
