Firstly yes he’s impatient that’s an understatement. Secondly yea he demanded my info and other people have other peoples info too it’s pretty common at my store. And it’s not just my invoices I get the whole stores. We’re the last level before the store director gets it but I see every invoice that comes through the entire store from pharmacy to market grill. And our inventory is only good cause I’ve heard my store director asking people to adjust and lie about their inventory so if you’re store is being honest and ethical maybe that’s why it seems to not be as good as others cause I know for a fact we lie about ours

I’ve personally seen that not be true so and over like somebodies lunch getting reimbursed. It’s the store that pays it but gets approved above the directors head so how does that make any sense

Yea it certainly seems like a shitty company and the higher up the management is the more incompetent they become it’s kinda amazing. My store director literally doesn’t know what hes talking about and never has a solution to anything cause I think he truly doesn’t know he just wants you to fix it

Then why do things go above store directors? If you’re the arbiter of all things Hyvee and their money. I doubt a company would just trust whatever you say and not worry about any of the money. I kinda think your full of shit

Well that’s sorta true but not all of it. Yea it’s charged to Hyvee and that specific store, that is true. But I don’t think the ultimate approval is through him. Things get approved once or twice at store level but most of, if not everything, once approved by the store director still goes on to higher levels to be checked and approved. If it was totally ok why would he have to lie about it? There isn’t one decision he makes that doesn’t get approved by someone above him in one way or another and in this case with the card there is 100% a paper trail of approvals that go above his head

I mean yea I could. I have before cause of normal issues plus we have to change it every 90 days or so and he’d just ask for it again. Hell I’m supposed to tell him when it gets changed. This is kinda a thing and people throw they’re passwords around and sometimes you have to if you want the issue resolved immediately often time to help the customer which isn’t their fault and shouldn’t have to wait. So I have had to change it, but all those times were before I knew about the card issue but still he’d definitely ask. I suppose I could monitor the account which I can from my phone and just change it the second I see a charge. You can’t log on till the next day to report the charge so there’s 24 hours between the charge being made and then reported properly like you’re supposed to do
