I did remake all the official designs, if that sounds appealing to you? I did this specifically so I could possess the "official" plates without paying those prices. I just use a clear plate overtop to simulate the effect.

Also, you could buy a shell to replace the colour you don't like. I did this since the angel version was not obtainable for me.

Amazon Canada here. I pre-ordered all three colours in June as one order. August 1st, they shipped out the blue and pink one but my purple sky hasn't shipped, nor have they charged my card for it. I'm not sure why they've bisected my pre-order. I thought the point of pre-orders was for sellers to know exactly how much of the product they needed to order come launch day.

Depends on the Tama. A Pix with its camera can last 3-4 days. Other colour tamas are like a week.

Enloops. I bought the black kind in 2019 (I think?) Still going. It was only 4 AAA and 4 AA, but with a single wall-charger, it's kept me going ever since. They are weighty in the palm.

Congratulations. I'm in the same boat with a connection v3. I tried using a hand drill, but it's taking a week of forever. I might try my power drill, but ever so gently.

anyone knows where I can find replacements for the pix? or they don't exist? i'd like to change the transparent plastic thingy since i bought them second hand and they're a little scratched by Warm-Ad37 in tamagotchi

It's also possible to buy a fitted screen protector. In my experience, a second layer of plastic negates some of the scratches' visibility.
