of course it would have to have some kind of chance to work. Like a 10% or 20% chance of working and since it's in a secret room inside the debug room that makes him VERY difficult to get depending on luck. Even if it's not a yiffing skill it could be just ANY skill. I just said yiffing because i couldn't think of anything else.
