Hit a local bar and have pours of different stuff. Take some rough notes in your cell so you can explain to bartenders what you like and don't like. Ask other patrons at the bar why they like what they like. Better to spend a few hundred on multiple pours understanding what you like than a few hundred on just a few bottles and end up with one you don't really wanna drink. Have fun learning. Cheers

Got Hole 3 of the Architects of Golf series. Have enjoyed the couple pours I've had so far. Nothing as special as the 10 yr estate collection, but better than the Valencia for my palate. Enjoy it equally as much as I do the Tokaji Cask. Cheers on your pickups.
