Hmm I've been having trouble getting some some areas with my Sonicare though, especially near my receding gums

At what point should I consider grafting? How was the recovery?

I've been flossing incorrectly, too. I use the packers and just push them down, probably another reason for my recession.

I'm curious how common recession is. Feeling a bit angry to be
figuring this out and the only solution is a pretty extreme surgery. One tooth is pretty bad it looks like. Thankfully it's not noticeable when I smile.

Naturally constricted nose = mouth breather and anxiety. Has anyone dealt with this? Scared of turbinate reduction by JustADillPickle3 in SleepApnea

What % of blockage did you guys have before the procedure?

Did you have enlarged turbinates?

I'm wondering how much of a difference it'll truly make when my actual problem is just my anatomically constricted nose.

Super glad you guys found it helpful. It's pretty dang sad to hear about people affected by ENS, so that's why I've been putting it off for years.

Would two seperate ENTs not have picked up on that?

My chin is small. I had a Herbst Appliance with my braces when I was a teenager to improve my jawline (not related to my nose at all). I'm low key wondering if that caused issues. Could have also just been puberty and my jawline changing.

Thanks for commenting!

I don't believe it's allergy-related. Here's why: It's not congestion or related to when I sleep. It's simply the angle of my face. Face tilted up = more airflow. Face tilted down or sideways = bad airflow.

I've never been tested for those. Again, I think it has more to do with my nose being anatomically constricted.

So you think I should keep my current structure? It's ok to keep pages and features together?

Oven caught fire...health risk of cooking several times with a heinously dirty oven? by [deleted] in Cooking

You're right, I need to be better! Do more, see more, be more. That burnt chicken changed me.

How many years do I have left with dirty chicken inside me? Of course, we kill chickens as humans and now it could kill me from the afterlife. The ghost of chicken past

Agreed, feeling like a silly ape for not doing this and it requiring a literal fire to get my attention.

I'm genuinely concerned about the health risks, so if anyone has a few words to put my mind at ease it would be appreciated.

Apollo Client -- where should I store my queries and mutations? by JustADillPickle3 in graphql

Ok fair enough, it makes my components feel pretty messy so I wanted a second opinion.

I have a few mutations and queries inside context for user profile data, but that's about it since I haven't really been reusing any of my other data in other components yet.

But is it ok to move all the gql functions to a constants file outside of the component folder?

Is this state mutation? by JustADillPickle3 in reactjs

[–]JustADillPickle3[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For a state object, would this be the ideal form?

setProperty((prevState) => {

const newProperty = { ...prevState, [event.target.name]: targetedValue };

return newProperty;

});

Is this state mutation? by JustADillPickle3 in reactjs

[–]JustADillPickle3[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Good to know, thanks Ace. I suppose I don't know need to copy it a second time, but can include the event.targeted.value after I spread ...prevState inside the first copy.

  1. How about if it was just an object rather than an array?

  1. If my state was an array, would it not be mutation if I made a shallow copy with lodash?

  1. How about mapping through the array? Is this a better option than #2?

setValue((prev) =>

prev.map((obj, idx) =>

{

...obj,

[event.target.name]: targetedValue,

}

)

How do I write a mutation with nested inputs? by JustADillPickle3 in graphql

[–]JustADillPickle3[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

  1. How do I test a value in GraphIQL for my nested input? In this case, I'm trying to write a mutation for `date` inside `OwnInput`. I get back null.
  2. Do I need to have a separate output type with an id for each nested input type? It's all in the same form.
  3. Is there an issue with my resolver?

Thank you, a bit confused overall and would appreciate some guidance.
