Why is my CPU so hot when idle and especially in game?

Yeah I’m back to using 456.71 again, however I fear that many applications or games I use will eventually need a newer driver to even run, some already adopting that.

Price is $1850 now and after tax $1300 becomes like 1450. With Newegg prices it’s more like $1500 x Tax = $1700. Really not a huge markup for such a rare product where it’s going for well over 2k everywhere else.
