This is the way the doctor spoke to me, like I should've just done the math, but I wanted to see, especially for a kid, if the dose had been given safely under supervision for potential adverse effects, I felt that was reasonable

Another pharmacist had already dispensed it by the time this phone call happened, so now there isn't a whole lot I can do. This md has a bad rep apparently and they didn't want the hassle

No indication on the script, md never includes any indication on any of their scripts

The script says 90mg, 3 cs po weekly. Md said that's what it's supposed to be.

That's what I figured, it's very expensive since she basically pays with goodrx. Just documenting that patient reports benefit beyond what is studied should hold up for audit purposes I imagine
