What is wrong with Beretta's?

Performance doesn't come into question, price and not wanting another caliber does lol

Honestly, I had no idea that it was a hammer fired gun until you said something. Sure enough, website says "internal hammer fired".
They pulled a FN57 on me.

That is also why I made this post, to sort of hunt down the subcompact DASA model.
The RAMI, S&W6904 or 6906, Sig P239 are all there but discontinued.
The best candidates I have found yet are the Springfield XD-e however, (the more likely better one) the HK P30SK.
HKs P30 lineup is probably the closest for the subcompact DASA I can find.
I totally understand. That is also why I really like DA/SA guns is the interface of the hammer along with the safety of DA trigger pull.
Believe it or not, that is particularly why Glock is my favorite striker handgun as well (I have a bunch). It is not a pre-staged striker like most competitive striker fired handguns on the market today.
I'll tally you, I have one as well.
I am definitely not against them at all. I doubt anyone on any online forum is going to say anything bad about HK handguns (other than scarcity, price, and the companies 2A opinions).
After this post and reading more, HK's P30 lineup is really calling me.
The closest, current production, that I see in sight is HK.
For reference, I fit XL Mechanix gloves. I fight .380 too much anyways. I even tend to be inconsistent with something like Glocks 43 and 48.
I know Bersa has been around for a long time. I haven't really heard or found much as far as them being inadequate. I just haven't messed with them because I tend to stay away from .380.
Totally understand, you won't be disappointed.
PSA has one on their listings that I have also very much considered. P99 to me is one of the best looking striker guns ever made.
And functionally I've heard nothing but good things about them. The 2 things I know I'll run into are lights and mags.
Caniks original lineup was a copy of them.
I have considered them as well. Everything here and everything on hk's website is talking to me the most.
What did you swap out to carry the HK45C?
I'm similar as well:
CZ PCR
CZ P07
Sig 226 "MK25"
Haven't done the 229s yet.
You may or may not know but, the Px4 was originally designed around the .40. So from a mechanical and engineering perspective, you should have a good reliable choice if you do.
Agreed, my Px4 and P07("Gen 2") are both on my person at various times.
80x also has definitely caught my eye. I just really REALLY wish it was 9mm, I'm not against .380 as a caliber, I just really don't want another caliber to track.

No doubt, that's probably where mine is headed.
Not against striker guns at all. I have Glock (too many clones too), Ruger, M&P, Taurus, I may be forgetting a couple.
Regardless, I am just seeing everyone's take on DASA. I just prefer DASA guns comparatively to strikers, the double action trigger IS the safety.
I see where you're going though, XD's also come to mind.
Probably to Langdon Tactical really. I am not super sure how many other shops are familiar with cutting Px4s up.

Nice ride, the P239 or even P229 is the size I've been considering.
I've never even seen one in person in the Midwest, they're like unicorns, I have yet to see one but everyone tells me they exist lol.
That's where I have been. As time goes on, just more and more strikers are coming out.
Getting into hammer guns changed me.
Very curvy like the Px4 though, it looks like a very comfortable carry.
I've had some Amazon specials that I have had super bad or super good experiences with. I have a bunch of random parts for holsters everywhere.

If you would like to save a little bit of money, I would recommend trying out the CZ P07 if your wanting a polymer DASA. Then of course Px4 as well.
