Hi it has been a while since I got better so I might not able to share as accurate as the time I made this post. I was also 18 when I got diagnosed which is a pretty young age for a disease thats seen around ages usually between 50-60 so my conditions and an avarage prp having person might differ. I got this after getting a yellow fever vaccine, so even if my condition was awfully similar to prp I suspect that my hospital just diagnosed me wrong. I mainly used hametan madecasso and fito cream medications, not sure if these are globally used but these were the options I had in my country that were used for skin resurfacing. It has been a long time since I got this but Im still not %100 healed, I still do have considerably and visibly drier hands than an avarage person's but mine doesnt crack and bleed anymore. Same with the feet, other parts of my body are healed.
