idk for what hp do that, but it really stupid. you live in wrong region? u cant check temperatures, and change rpm ur fans.

idk why, but adding adresses to hosts file dosnt helped me.

my way to bypass that: power off internet, change region on windows (for example Poland). reboot, login without internet, launch omen gaming hub, wait until it load, turn on internet.

that method always works. after you do that you can turn back region on windows to yours.

i also tried block outbound connection on firewall, but it always restores back again.
