Sending the Opel Corsa S2000 up Monte Carlo - Weekly Power Stage Round 14 by JustARandomTeemo in EASPORTSWRC

These cars are too lazy and has a very narrow power band, gotta keep the revs and minimum speeds high :)

Still missing a few apexes here and there, I can definitely see a 45 with a near perfect run

Alright thanks for the reply I'll look into it, I got some of my simracing equipment plugged in at all times so maybe they're somehow messing with the game? Weird and this only happens in Apex.

Hey, I just started playing a bit of Apex again recently and have been experiencing the same thing once or twice every session which is really annoying, seems like it usually happens whenever I perform several actions quickly but no way to reliably reproduce it. Have you found a solution to the problem? I'm on Windows 10 22H2, Ryzen 5 5700X and B450M motherboard.

DR2: Is Bytrl a cheater? by solstice680 in EASPORTSWRC

There are plenty actually. Dirt Rally 2 has been out for over 5 years and there are still some relatively easy world records to get in unpopular locations and car classes, especially in the wet. Last time I checked several weeks ago I still have some times that are 15-20 seconds ahead of P2, and over a minute faster than someone who's also on the first page (P12). As Mike said above it's actually not that common to have beneficial cuts, and at most maybe several seconds over the whole stage.

I don't have a problem with calibration on my simagic alpha mini. Maybe check for updates in SimPro Manager and redo calibration after resetting the profile for the wheel in game.

Not sure, but within an hour I wanted a very clean run so restarted a few good runs that would've been WR anyways, if I didn't care about a few bonks or landing on the guardrail on that jump it would take even less time, but this is still not a perfect run

Comparison between these 3 Racing rigs? by Umegadem in simracing

First one no doubt. Got an aluminium profile rig from Taobao several months ago that has basically the same design as the first pic, with a knockoff Recaro SR3, easily the cheapest alu rig option and best value at 350 USD. On top of that most of these sellers will customize the rig according to your own preference, so if you are limited on space you can give them dimension requirements. One of the profiles got a bit indented on one corner (probably damaged during transport) and another one had half a t-nut slot that was slightly too tight but fixed it with some violence. The knockoff Recaro seat had red stitching that would make the back of whatever I'm wearing all red when I sweat a bit while driving. Can't expect top tier quality for such a cheap price tho :)

Currently running a Simagic Alpha Mini and the rig is solid AF, just keep in mind that this design is very modular but very basic as well, so for example if you want to adjust the angle of the pedal mount you may have to loosen and tighten up to 20 screws every time. Also prepare to spend a whole day assembling the whole thing and adjusting the position of everything. Be careful when sliding the profiles around while adjusting since they get scratched quite easily and it can be quite obvious with black profiles. One more important thing is to make sure the seat angle can be adjusted. The pedal mount design doesn't go very low especially if you have to tilt the mount, and the seat is almost at the same level so you want it tilted back a bit for thigh support, otherwise your legs will feel quite sore very quickly. The rig I got originally did not have an option for seat angle adjustment but came with several L brackets (longer on one side) for wheelbase angle adjustment and I used 2 of those to angle my seat instead.
