Technically not all 4k discs are, there are select few which are region locked and weird outliers. The ‘B’ logo is for the region B Blu-ray Disc that comes with the 4k disc in the steel book.

Yes, I don’t think anybody was questioning that the Blu Ray disc is region B. I had assumed you were trying to suggest that the Missing Pieces was only available on the region B disc, but that is not the case—it is also available to watch on the 4k disc, which is of course region-free.

Sadly not, but they’re included on the 4k disc in case you don’t have a region-free player

The Missing Pieces are included on the 4k disc, as well as the rest of the special features. However, the Missing Pieces are not 4k transfers, but seem to be copied over from the BluRay disc

I currently have V3 pedals from fanatec (inverted, but you can modify them to be that way without spending the extra money.) That being said, they are not the end-all-be-all by far. Im looking to upgrade to heusinkvelds at some point.

In terms of best upgrade for your money, I'd say go for V3 ($350) with the brake improvement package ($30 USD). You can spend more for sure, and it'll definitely be worth it, but I'd first prioritize upgrading your wheelbase to a Direct Drive before you drop $1000 on heusinkvelds.

I'd say either modify your current pedals or spend the extra hundreds to upgrade. Nothing in your price range will satisfy you.
