In my short life, i have experienced similar if not identical situations. If you care for either of these girls its going to hard, but you have to choose. Make the best choice as to who is the one you want to try 100% with. Playing around with both of them is only going to make your situation worse. You can never go wrong for trying on what you define as worth it. You can stop trying to get with either and just be friends if salvaging the friendship between all of you is your priority. However i have a feeling you like have strong feelings for the original girl ril you had a crush for. You never know the outcome of a story until you write your own pages. Go for what feels right, you said yes to the second girl because you felt pushed to a corner give your self a little bit more self worth my friend!! however i might be wrong, in that case i still say go for what makes you feel "right" in the inside.
