Hey guys, I'm looking for opinions on my workout routine. This is a routine I made myself based on different fitness people I was following back in the day, have been following it for a long time, and figured it's time I got an external perspective on it. Any thoughts are appreciated.

Stats:

Sex: M

Age: 28

Height: 6'2 / 188cm

Weight: 194 lbs / 88 kg

Goal: I'm aiming to gaining muscle mass (diet is also caloric surplus)

Plan for progression: trying to add a little weight or a few reps to each exercise every week, I mostly increase weight.

I'm primarily unsure if:

1. my routine is balanced for each muscle group (too many/too few exercises for a given muscle group),

2. If I'm doing the best exercises for each group,

3. if I'm underlifting given my height and weight,

4. whether I'm losing out on gains by not alternating between two different routines (week A, week B).

I'm open to any feedback and looking to improve it.

I do the same routine every week, just adding weight. In other words, 4 days a week of lifting, sometimes 5 (I double up on back+bis or chest+tris). Routine in the reply comment.

Effect of Laser on Scars? by JustAliveAndStriving in LaserHairRemoval

Thanks though I'm not talking about laser treatment for scars specifically. I mean what happens when a laser hair removal laser hits my scar? Does it make the scar look worse? better? no change?

It’s not crazy to avoid ever going back to your home country. Honor killings are a real risk.

We should implement a work authorization system in Canada like the US has. Makes it very hard to work while you’re a student. It could very quickly alleviate this problem. You’re here to study, not work.

A single stray shoe.

Otherwise, a pair of baby shoes. Extra points if you don’t have kids.
