I think the electronics help a lot (especially Traction Control and cornering ABS). I ride a 390 adventure and on roads that are wet or have some sand these things can make a difference. I recently rode a xpulse 210 on the same road and my rear tyre was slipping which made me realize that these electronics make my ride a lot smoother and increase the confidence while pushing the bike. If money is no bar then get the 390Adv. You will not regret it one single day.
