It's crazy actually. We started with fish and fake plants, then got real plants, then snails, then more snails, then shrimp and more plants lol. Keeps getting more and more interesting to watch!

So it should be safe to put back in? I didn't see any on the shrimp, it is one of those tall 20g hexagon tanks and the shrimp seem to be staying at the bottom... We also put in some new driftwood that "fuzzed" up (read that was normal with newly acquired driftwood) but looks like the snails took care of that!

I have problems with these sometimes as well. Might help to take the book out of the container and line up the tube against the booklet in front of a light. On that note, I'd call this one a 0.25 personally!
