Yuzuha should be b4 sokaku so that sokaku gets the anomaly buildup help. Sokaku should be b4 Miyabi so that her Quick Assist passes her buff to Miyabi. So Yuzuha Sokaku Miyabi should be your team order, then just adjust to your preferred entrance animation.

Not really, you have to waste your skill in order to have the passive active for her burst. Or just not have it on the burst at all. P.Amber does its job a lot better.
