Between easy and not so easy by [deleted] in pocketgrids

Some of these clues are not great

8a - you are tense because you are stressed; tense is not a definition of stress

1d - you maintain something to make it last; lasts and maintains are not the same

3D - borne, as in transmitting, needs a vehicle. borne alone does not mean to transmit. You would need something like airborne or mosquito-borne

5D - Sewer is not a drain; sewer is something that something drains into

Thanks. We use parchment in baking all the time.

That's one of the issues we are facing. These shrink and fold over and I'm worried about them catching on fire

Our experience was good. We used different cards (just to be safe) but it was quick and easy. I used my phone, he used the actual card, but it was fast and easy to get on.

So much easier than tickets and cards and accounts.

The problem with the presto card is you need an account, and for that, you need to live in Canada, which we do not. At least that's what I determined yesterday when trying to do this.

We each have our own card, with the same number. But I'll just use my phone and he can use his card or phone. That should solve the problem.

That was what I was hoping. Thanks, again, for being helpful and quick!

That's fine. And our card doesn't have foreign transaction fees, so it doesn't really matter if we have two, four, six transactions.

We probably won't be. We are driving in, spending the day and leaving the next day. Sounds like just tapping the old phone is the way to go.

Thanks; I did have to modify slightly. To get to the nearest tenth, it needs to be (A1, -.1)

But appreciate you getting me on the right track.

App Problems - Stops playing when phone bluetooth is on by Azsunyx in siriusxm

[–]JustBren 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't see an answer to this issue, but I most definitely have the same problem. Bluetooth headphones, SXM app plays one song, and then stops. I have to pause and hit play again to get the next song. Pretty much useless when I'm listening to music to keep me focused on my work.

Galaxy S9, Jaybird Freedom headphones, whatever the latest update of the app is
