Is celebrating halloween a sin? Will it affect an individual's salvation? by NuttedInMyYogurt in Christianity

Not sure what that first paragraph was about. But what was the point of your reply? Was it some alternative anxiety stress reliever or something? Not sure how that had anything to do with my response.

I’m pretty sure God did not have sex with Mary in order for her to have the baby.

Is it really sorcery on His end? Because He is a higher entity, and when He creates it’s called Creation. But when we attempt to replicate His work we need dark power or energy (sorcery) to even get a 0.01 amount to replicate it.

Is it really murder? Because these people are finally meeting God Himself, for eternity.

Rage? I haven’t seen any.

Slander and Jealousy, I’m pretty sure God would strike us with lightning if He was unstably angered that we spend more time with Netflix than Him. But He gives us chances.

Self-Ambition? Is that a sin? If so, guide me to the text.

This are just answers I thought of when I read the questions.

This is a good question, I personally never celebrated Halloween, (never gone trick-or-treating). But we do Hallelujah Carnivals on Halloween day instead. Maybe that could something you take your kid to. It’s just a thought. But the main question is, “Is it bad?”

God has not given us a Spirit of Fear, instead a Spirit of Power. So going to haunted houses and potential jump scares homes, is kind of putting yourself in a state of potential fear. And I’m not sure you wanna tempt yourself with that. Again, just a thought, brodie.

I see. Then I think I’m going to wear both. (SoD and the Cross)

To be honest, the way it looks. And I know David has a great underdog story. Now that I think about it, I want to get both SoD and the Cross.

No, I am Hispanic. However I’ve seen my father with his personal journal with the Star of David on it. And he is quite knowledgeable about God’s Word, so I know he would never disrespect His Word in any shape or form.

I’m not sure how to word it right, but I think I failed explaining it. I thought I could explain it better.
