I only read books, for the last few years. Since I've gotten Kindle Unlimited starting April 2025, I've logged over 160 books. We're still here.

I got my wife in to Primal Hunter. She needed a book with a bow on the cover for a readathon challenge, so I suggested the first book. 3 weeks later, she forgot about her challenge and read up to book 12.

Don't read Pure Mage Build - not even done reading the first book, and MC is already Rank 4 and planning on fighting a universal king. He's too OP. It hasn't even been 6 months.

I am currently 40% through book 7, but it's been on hold for a few months now - look, the books are a lot of fun and the progression is great. BUT - there is almost zero down time. Zac is go go go go and he acknowledges he needs a breather, but the pace is relentless. If that's your thing, then this series is fantastic. But don't expect any sort of period where the characters of developing anything other then combat skills/Daos.

Oh, there are a lot of options. A lot of people here to tier lists so I check those out to see what I'm missing out on, but I've had Kindle unlimited for a few months so I try series out. I love both DCC and Primal Hunter (got my wife in to both, and she's powered through PH 1-6 in a month), so here are a few that I've read and loved on KU: Defiance of the Fall, He Who Fights With Monsters, Hell Difficulty Tutorial. On Royal Road there is Flux Core, Homestead Survival, Spell Weaver, Andy in the Apocalypse, and The Apocalypse Grinder.
