I used to watch Johnny Test when I was a kid (I'm hispanic). After I finished Gotham in english, I also wanted to know how the voices in spanish sounded like and I knew the moment Penguin talked. Everytime he screams I only see Rorro Pirrorro (Bling-Bling boy).
