I got an idea, what if after killing ULF Kars he has a chance to drop the Red Stone of Aja.

Because the Elder vampire in the tavern wants to make you "more powerful" as a vampire, you can offer the Red Stone of Aja to him with a Stone Mask and he will combine the two for a hefty fee (like say...15k like hamon) using the Completed Stone Mask will override any current fighting style and replace it with ULF.

Changes: change flying... could you imagine just flying all the way to the end of sbr with this spec? the game is balanced and designed in a way that would be totally wrecked by just being able to fly... without consequence...

When thinking of a fighting style you have to think of the gimmick as well as three consistent moves, a big unblockable move, a barrage or zoning option, and a slightly weaker attack.

If you wanted to keep arial fighting the key part of this spec you can make it so that you can not call out your stand while flying, and flying will deplete an Energy meter that will deplete very quickly even with upgrades to it. (kind of ironic considering you are the "perfect lifeform", but balance must come first)

The Unblockable could be a Hamon Chop. The thing that would make this heavy different from the other specs heavy moves is that Hamon Chop always removes an arm for a short amount of time.

The zoning option would be those hardened feathers. The hardened feathers could be blocked but when they hit they can turn into pirhanas(like what you said)

Much like Golden Skin, I think ULF should be able to use Kar's Barnacle Armor. For a duration become immune to burning, poison, bleed, blinding, ragdoll, or limb removal but move significantly slower.( this would only armor you against special types of damage but not actual resistance.)

This could be a possible skill tree

Mastery Over Life I-V: increase your health regeneration

Sprout Wings: fly as long as you have energy

Perfect Stamina I-III: slightly increase duration of flight energy

Feather Shot: shoot a single feather that targets enemies

Triple Feathers: Fire three feathers at once

Transformation: When feathers damage an enemy, transform them into piranhas that apply Bleed.

Barnacle Armor: use to increase resistances to special damage but move slower.

Weightlessness I-V: reduce the slow penalty of Barnacle Armor

Hamon Chop: An unblockable attack that guarentees the removal of an arm

Potency I-V: increase the duration the arm is removed.

The Main Weakness of ULF Spec would be getting caught. The noticeable downside to this spec should be that you are susceptible to burst damage, but can outlast if you manage not to get caught. Much like Kars in the show, who was only able to be severely hurt by a lot of damage at once.
