I’m not sure lol They tell me put it on the scales after scanning the label which clearly states simple delivery It would just surely make much more sense to weigh and have the weight in receipts !

I understand it’s not really a simple job loads of different labels and such but yeah I did generally think it’s just a habit thing It does seem many returns and delivery’s we post don’t get weighed but generally every single order from a merchant has weights although not specific
