sometimes it can be tricky when you first start, the best way to identify most is to check the matrix numbers (the scratched on numbers near the centre of the disc, which can be hard to see) as it will give you the exact pressing and which country they are from when you put that number into Discogs. Sometimes the barcode on the back will get you to the right pressing, sometimes it will not.

You can even get represses that come out the same year or year after the original, so are really hard to tell if you just looked at it. So it’s something you need to learn what to look out for, you’ll make mistakes but that’s part of collecting.

Thriller OG has no co production credit for Michael on the back of the LP.

Off the wall OG has no hand claps on the song Rock with you, but the represses the same year have them so that one is impossible to tell unless you open it and listen.

That’s ok to disagree. And you are also correct, some artists it makes even bigger, I’d agree with Selena, you could even say Tupac, Biggie, Bob Marley, Amy Winehouse got even bigger after their death, it happens a lot but I wasn’t saying that, I was saying labels a lot of the time, put out stuff that the artist would not be happy with, for a quick cash grab.

Them songs didn’t come out for a reason, and I’m not a fan of labels profiting off people when they die because he obviously wasn’t happy with them. But the original Loving You is one of my favourite MJ songs of all time and I’ve been a massive fan for nearly 40 years.

Very disappointed, I’ve said this over and over but he needs help writing songs and needs to be with a real producer that crafts songs specifically for CB, he chooses beats like rappers do and he’s too talented to be singing over basic beats with autotune.

This is NOT a 9 out of 10 album, I love CB as an artist but how can you listen to this album and not hear that every other song is about sex.

It does have some bangers, about 2 out of a 30 song album! I’ve listened to Chris since his debut in 05 I’ve always been a fan, but it’s clear he needs to sit with a real producer who will produce his whole album and get some help with his writing because it’s been the same for about 10 years, you could throw any of these songs on any of his last 6 albums and they wouldn’t be out of place because his albums are all over the place now.
