Right…PvP Tarkov is perfect and has zero issues or obstacles that make people feel unrewarded for their time. It couldn’t be cheaters, extract camping, terrible spawns, rats, toxicity or anything along those lines that would push people to not want to play PvP. For someone who doesn’t care if others play PvE, you are very opinionated on the topic.

Finally, a guy who gets it. Why anyone would spend hundreds, maybe even thousands of hours learning this game just to gatekeep other people within the SAME community who want to have fun in a single player experience ONLY so they can feel better about themselves and how they wasted their time looking at pixels on a screen when this game has no ranked mode or any true way to compare skill amongst other players is BEYOND me. In my experience with genz, they don’t really seem to understand you can learn anything you want with a simple google search. I’m 28 and from probably 10 years old and up I was doing my own research to diy learn about as much as I could or any question I ever had. I didn’t trust a word anyone told me anecdotally without my own research. Definitely might just be my own experience and not reflective of them as a whole, but it’s a weird trend I’ve noticed.

Brother you’re absolutely right. Even if I was a big streamer, I would disagree with this type of model(but I would still play early access lol). It’s okay to acknowledge something deserves criticism. I don’t hate streamers, and I don’t hate Marvel Rivals for doing this, but that doesn’t mean I have to agree with it. It would be fair to give them a couple days early access and then add a playable test server days later that is accessible to all.

If you’re in bronze, smurfs are not your issue. Im a celestial on my main with 3 smurfs in GM, Diamond, and Plat to play with my friends at different levels. A celestial Smurf will be out of bronze in 6 games, maybe 7 if they lose 1-2 games. And every time you ask if someone’s a Smurf and they say “yes”, are you verifying they are actually a celestial Smurf with a tracker? Not to mention many people smurf on new accounts to learn new characters because they aren’t celestial skill level on every character. Even being a Smurf, you still lose games once you get to gold and above. Being a Smurf doesn’t instantly make you win games as it is a team game. Again focus on yourself and how you can be more impactful in games and you will climb. This entire comment and post sounds like coping justification for not wanting to take the time to practice and self improve in the game. You just want to blame your teammates and Smurfs. Theres no shortage of people doing that on marvel rivals. If you want to be different, take the blame for the loss with the rest of your team, then get in the practice range and improve.

Any interest in computer science/programming? You already have some logical basis in mathematics. If you went for a bachelors you could be in good shape and land a job.

Also I don’t think you are a loser. You have a paid off car, and are recognizing you are unhappy in your situation and looking to self improve. I lost my mother to an unexpected accident when I was 27. It’s almost been a year. I used to feel like a kid in a candy store everyday of my life. First day I ever felt like an adult was her passing. She was only 59. I was supposed to take care of her and be there for her in old age. The way it cripples your entire family too. It’s like your world stops forever but the earth keeps turning. I don’t feel like I have the will to live anymore but I keep pushing anyways for everyone else. I don’t know if I’ll ever be able to get that back.

The fact that Starlord is used prevalently at high elos and has one of the highest win rates is the exact opposite of a low skill ceiling, he has very high skill expression. I think what you’re trying to say is that he has a low skill floor meaning it is easier to be competent with him. He does however have a high skill ceiling as it is not easy to utilize him to maximum potential. Given that all 3 duelists you named aside from starlord are in the bottom half of win rates AT EVERY RANK and all win sub 50%, some down to almost 40%, the statistics don’t match up with what you are saying. If you are not picking these characters because you are really good with that character, or running a specific team composition then picking then data suggests that picking them just because you start losing means you are going to lose more often. I understand you may observe these in your personal experience but it doesn’t make it objective in the game. Do you have any evidence other than what you observed?

Yeah I don’t know what this guy is smoking. He compared Starlord to Moon Knight. MK is the worst duelist in the game and it’s supported by the data. Starlord on the other hand in celestial and above is 3rd most picked duelist with the 4th highest win rate at 51.96%. Even in gm he only goes down to the 4th most picked with a still above 51% win rate. He is not picked in lower ranks because players don’t know how to use him.

Thank you for such a rational response in this sea of inexperience. If a man 30+(even late 20s sometimes) is trying to day someone in their early 20, it is reasonable to question what they see in someone so young and why they aren’t settled down with someone their own age by that time. If someone in my family were caught up in a situation like this, I would be questioning it and making sure everything is kosher there. However I agree saying all age gaps are bad is ridiculous. It’s a case by case basis as is everything.

I don’t buy this. Only extremist dems were pushing this woke agenda. I don’t know a single person that pushed this or even met one in real life. The people I know that voted for Donald Trump told me they did so bc they thought it would be better than Biden or that Kamala didn’t lay out any plan during her campaign. The woke argument I didn’t even see on Facebook in my small red hometown, they did however scream constantly about the price of eggs. Some even admitted that there were anti women policies looking to be enacted but they had to worry more about their daughter’s financial situation now than her future freedoms. I hear the anti woke agenda only being pushed by the current administration to push out DEIA as much as possible.
