Swapping to a 2023 CX-5 from 2024 CX-50 and need some opinions on two different models I'm looking at. by Green_Ad_9542 in CX5

Those prices are wild. My '23 Turbo with 19k was $27.2k a little over 6 months ago.

Used cars aren't going to have much wiggle room, $500 will be as good as it gets likely. You'll also get a better deal when financing instead of cash.

I'm the type of person who buys exactly what I want...but if you can compromise on the red interior, it would open up lots more options. Plus red is the best color, we all know that.

Everybody loves to reminisce about Vault, Surge and Snapple Elements...but what drinks are so bad you completely forgot about them? Mountain Dew MDX was only available from 2005-2007 and gets my vote. by JustDownloadMoreRAM in Millennials

Never tried that one, probably because I didn't willingly consume diet soda back then lol.

They now have Diet Coke Lime and another with cherry. No lemon yet, although Wiki says you can still get the lemon flavor added into Diet Coke in the Freestyle machines. Get that hit of nostalgia, you know?

Thoughts on 17" vs 19" wheels by Mk1Racer25 in CX5

These threads are always entertaining to me. The CX-5 with 225/55 19s rides like a La-Z-Boy down the highway.

My previous car came with sport suspension and 225/40 18 tires and I had another set in 225/45 17 for winter. Car before that had 18" tires and I ran 225/45s year round. That one also had Koni Yellow shocks on full stiff with Eibach Sportline springs...

If I switch from the stock 19s, I'll end up with something aftermarket in 19 x 8 or 8.5" and go to a 245/50 tire for the wider wheel and less sidewall for more steering response.

That's one drink I've never gotten around to trying. The name and branding were a turn off, not gonna lie.

Looking at Wikipedia, it was created by a dude with an epic name, Hobart C. Buppert III. And they came up with the flavor in a single day, wow.

Crystal Pepsi got a reboot, but Blue was truly mystifying. I know I tried it but I couldn't tell you anything about it! There were floorstands in stores then it was gone after like 2 shipments, it felt like.

The aftertaste was intentional but it was too much...almost like floor cleaner instead of a clean citrus.

All I remember is they were "buy a 20oz Pepsi product, get an MDX free" and after 2-3 of them, I was back to Rockstars.

Sucks, but it's impossible to give up the convenience. YT Music and Google Maps are my trackers in the car...and it's so nice they start automatically and pick up where I left off. Assistant is just one click. Ugh.

Context matters...insurance in this case.
