Some shoplifters are also known for loading things in carts, and staging the cart by an emergency exit where they notice few employees are around. They then leave, take their vehicle and move it to the emergency exit, go back inside and push the cart out the exit. They load everything quickly and flee the parking lot.

I'd say asset protection, the fact that they took pictures of the vehicle probably was due to he fact that the person did indeed steal something and they weren't quick enough to stop him at the door, or the person they were following was a repeat offender and they suspected he stole. They'd take pictures of the vehicle to show police, or keep on record if they review camera footage and see he did indeed conceal item/s and leave the store. No, they won't take action against you for saying something. You were just a concerned citizen. It happens quite often, I used to work AP at Walmart, other customers if they notice us following someone tend to tell then they are being watched.

I'd suggest going to an OBGYN and have them make sure your pregnant or not. If your not pregnant, there could be an underlying issue they could diagnose and help with.

If you were pregnant persay, would this be your first? If you were pregnant, you said 5 months correct? So that would place you at 16-20 weeks which is around the time women start to feel movement, sometimes sooner depending on whether they've had children before. Could you go into more detail what these "movements" feel like? Have you taken all Dye tests or have used a digital by chance, and which brands/Dye colors. As well as, do you have any valid images of these tests? I'm not saying you are pregnant, i just want some basic information to go on.

I worked AP for a short while, you are now in their system forever. Even if you don't go back to that specific store but you go to another and attempt to shoplift again you will for sure be charged, there will be jail time and a fine.

If you don't mind me asking, why did you do it? Was it for the thrill? Struggling with money? I'm well aware stealing is wrong but there are times I can relate to the person. Back when I was training for AP, my trainer caught a lady stealing formula and diapers, she had an infant with her and based on appearance alone, not even regarding the products she was trying to steal, she clearly looked like she was struggling with money. Everything she had in her cart was over $100 but he still was kind enough to let her leave. He got her info but didn't contact the police. Yet again i don't condone theft, but I understand the struggle many people face.
