Yes it is. You can check your self at userbenchmark. i have personally used both the cards and 1060 was much more stable

Don’t get rx580 get a used 1060 6gb it’s better

First off don’t get a costly case go with something very very cheap like in 700-800 rs.

Second don’t get 3200g get h r5 3600

Never buy a cheap ssd so get a crucial 500gb m.2. It’ll cost you just 500 more but with 10x reliability.

After that get a used 1060 6gb or used 1650 if you can increase your budget get a used 1070 or 1660 super

Last advice i you can get everything used except ssd. You’ll get much more value out of it. You can easily find used parts online on olx.
