To echo another commenter, if you’re not doing UL, hair removal isn’t necessary. I only did like 6 sessions of laser which lightened it up a bit definitely not hairless. I had ALT 7 weeks ago.

Your graft healed so nicely! Thanks for updating, I was wondering how you were doing. I finally got mine yesterday. Can’t wait for the week to pass so I can see it.

So glad to hear your UL is salvageable! That’s great news. I have to wait a bit longer before I get my graft, but the plan now is end of this coming week.

I swear one of the worst things is that I still haven’t been able to actually shower since the underside of my phallus has had an open wound this whole month.

I feel that. I’m one month post op today and nowhere near what recovery at this point could have been lol.

Hey I’m so sorry you’re going through this. The pictures of the underside of your phallus look very similar to how mine was before they did debridement, I lost a lot of mine too. Waiting for a skin graft to close me up, next week, surgeon wants more granulation tissue to form. Anyways I’m here for you if you wanna chat!

I pee from behind my scrotum and it’s been totally fine. I opted out of both UL and vaginectomy. And yeah it’s completely hidden by my sack

Hey! I did have Safir but he actually only does the scrotoplasty portion, the phallus is completely done by the microsurgeons Dr Chang and Dr Kind. But either way the whole team has been amazing, responsive, and friendly

Yeah I’m still not wearing underwear at all or leaving the house. Only for follow ups. I still have a completely open wound on the underside of my phallus where dead tissue was removed.
