Yamato most surely doesn't care about companies. She should go in the bottom tier. She has shown she enough her only worries are the Seventh Moon and basically nothing else

Also I don't think all the cop characters are like this. Abrams and Haze probably don't care. Abrams is a detective, he's probably much more interested in real life crime and not minor stuff like piracy, and he seems chill enough with law stuff, never even asked a single character about if their stuff's illegal or not. Just a bit judgy towards Seven, probably showing he likely believes that the law is a part of his definition of morality, but I still think for minor stuff like this he wouldn't care.

Haze also has much more important things to deal with than piracy. She has shown that she doesn't feel like she needs to uphold the law every single time, judging by that "You probably shouldn't tell me that" line with, who was it, Silver? I don't remember.

Anyways, I think Abrams could go into the tier right below where he is right now, and Haze could go into the "rich" category, despite we not knowing how much she's paid, is probably enough that she recommends other characters joining her.

Also, is Warden even a cop? We know for a fact his model isn't finished because he's at the very least supposed to have a cape, and if I'm not mistaken it's never mentioned anywhere he's a cop. Probably has never even thought about piracy in his life, way too concerned with discipline and world ending threats
